03:00: Why does sleep always end

🌙 3:00 AM: Why does sleep always end at the same time?
Do you constantly wake up in the middle of the night, as if you were woken by a silent alarm clock? This disturbing phenomenon, shared by many, could be hiding a message from your body. What if these premature awakenings revealed an unconscious need?

😴 Sleep, a nocturnal symphony sometimes in tune.
Contrary to popular belief, our night is not a uniform block. It is made up of cycles of about 90 minutes, alternating between light sleep, deep sleep and REM sleep. Waking up around 3 am may simply mark the transition from one cycle to another. Nothing alarming, unless it becomes difficult to fall asleep again. Our internal clock, influenced by light, room temperature or even the time of our last meal, plays a key role. A small imbalance is enough to disrupt the melody of the entire night.
